This is a service that has become more popular with our clients as it takes away all the issuing problems. Instead of despatching your order in boxes containing all different garments, we send your requirements out in clearly labelled, individual bags, with the wearers name on the outside. There is a small charge for this, but can be reduced or waivered for larger issues.
There are several options available, with varying costs. The small cost takes away the hassle and the time taken in sorting through garments and issuing them to your workforce.
We send samples of each garment in every sizes for your staff to try on. We supply order forms for them to fill in. We then collate the information, bag and label them. They are then boxed in your preferred method, i.e departments, alphabetically or in the same order as the lists are supplied to us.
We attend a sizing day and bring samples and offer advice to your workforce. Depending upon the amount of wearers, this could be spread over several days. Individual order forms are completed and collated on a laptop and the process is then moved on as per option 1.
This would be sizing as option 1, but we would also do the issue. Handing out the packs and ensuring each is signed for.
We recently worked with a local authority that went through a total re-branding. We helped and assisted with garment selection, attended three sizing days from 05.45 -16.00 and three issuing days from 07.00-17.00. This process was totally painless for the client and they were very happy with the service we offered their 800 strong workforce.
