Shipping & Delivery
UK and Ireland deliveries only (there is an additional delivery surcharge to Ireland). All parcels are sent by Parcel Force. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Place of Delivery shall be the Company’ premises and the Buyer shall take delivery within 7 days of the Company notifying the Buyer that the Goods are ready for delivery. Any dates specified by the Company for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate only. If no date is specified for delivery of the Goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the Goods nor will any delay entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract unless the delay exceeds 60 days.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
When you order your goods, you are entitled to view your products for up to seven days within your own premises. If within this period you decide not to purchase the products, you are entitled to return them to EMJ Management Ltd unopened and in their original saleable condition for a full refund less the cost of the postage. If you return goods to EMJ Management Ltd, please also enclose a copy of your invoice with the reason for returning the item.
Should any of your goods arrive damaged, please e-mail EMJ Management Ltd within three days of receipt and return any faulty goods to us within five days of receiving your order. Please also enclose a copy of your invoice with the reason for returning the item and your choice of either a replacement item or a full refund. EMJ Management Ltd will, on receipt of the faulty goods exchange or refund the cost including return postage incurred. PLEASE NOTE: EMJ Management Ltd suggest you obtain a certificate of postage, which is free via the post office when returning goods. We are unable to accept responsibility for any packages lost in the post.
