We have a wealth of experience in this industry and after a visit or a brief from our clients we can then assess their requirements and offer possible, cost saving alternative garments and services.
Because all garment decoration is carried out in-house, from screen and transfer printing to embroidery, you will get continuity in quality and competitive prices. Some companies will tell you they do all this themselves but many sub contract these services to third parties, leading to lengthy lead times. Also decoration prices may not be the first thing you consider, however badging can, in some cases, double the price of the finished garment.
EMJ now has one of the largest on-site badging facilities on the South Coast and our continued re-investment keeps us ahead of our competitors.
We do feel we are big enough to be able to offer keen prices and small enough to react to orders large and small as well as being able to help out with those last minute, emergency orders. With regards to tight deadlines, if we can’t do it, then you’ll be hard pushed to get it done elsewhere.
New software enables us to barcode and send work electronically to each machine, reducing downtime, ensuring mistakes are kept to aminimum and making sure we keep as efficient as possible. Our offices are also staffed from 07.00 a.m until 17.30 p.m. We find the first couple of hours in the morning are the most productive when it comes to man-packing and programming the days work.
